Great quality, honest, proactive and fast. The technician arrived quickly, performed a brief assessment to identify the problem, and provided an honest solution for it. On top of that he took the time to provide additional recommendations about the washer related to problems that may arrive in the future. Again, he was not trying to profit from the opportunity as he indicated that if such a problem happened, that I should not call for maintenance because fixing would be more expensive than buying a new one. He also looked on a small problem I was having with the refrigerator, took the time to search for the necessary replacement part ID and send to me, after showing me how to replace it, without adding to the service cost.

The system is working well, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. Brian kept the work area inside our house clean throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Communication was also great--he kept me updated via text or phone call about his arrival time for our first visit and his follow-up visit for installation. Had issues with my HVAC system-not cooling fully. Got a hold of fuse and Brian came out within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed it was a bad capacitor and swapped it out. He also showed me places where the compressor needed some basic maintenance that hadn't been kept up (just bought the house earlier this year). He got the unit fixed and completed the maintenance. Brian is very knowledgeable and the bill was reasonably priced. He will know own annual maintenance of my HVAC system :) Definitely recommend!

I was sitting at the dinner table last night thinking that my house was warmer than usual. The AC blower was pushing air out the vents but that air was not cold. I thought "oh no, some things wrong with AC" and of course I spent all night worrying about it since I didn't have a regular HVAC service provider. He took a look at the AC unit and we had a quick discussion about the symptoms and the history of the unit and within 15 minutes we had resolved the issue. My second favorite part of the engagement was that the service was honest and practical; meaning we focused on the problem/solution and there was no up-selling (i.e., replacing the entire system). Promptly replied on a Saturday to our request for repair service for our refrigerator's two ice-makers. Came out as promised Monday morning, diagnosed, left to get the part, and came back same day for the repair. Fair price. They even came back the next day to address concern that lower ice-maker was dripping and freezing, then fixed the pressure. We would use them again.

Bohdan replied quickly to our request for service on my mother in laws washing machine and was able with pictures that we sent to give us a quote over the phone. He scheduled the visit on a weekend afternoon for the next week and was accommodating to our schedule. He was good and proficient. He noticed a secondary problem with the machine and update his quote and ordered an additional part and came back as soon as he received it. The price was affordable and we really appreciated his almost instant response to our texts.
